I liked the Simmons Beautyrest products, which they feature, so we went back and got a king-size mattress. The sales rep was very professional and he clearly knew how to sell. He listened to what we were interested in and took us through the different levels of firmness. He also double checked to make sure we weren't interested in the different products and he didn't pressure us. We were in, and we were out. And the delivery went well.
