Overall, the Zoma Sleep Mattress has a firmness level rated as medium. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the firmest, this would equate to about a 5. That said, due to the zoned comfort layer, the mattress feels firmer in the midsection and softer in the shoulders and legs. Sleepers under 130 pounds experience light contouring, while heavier sleepers sink in further for a feel that is halfway between sleeping “in” and sleeping “on” the bed.
